Recession – Pros & Cons

Since its official that recession has come back again, what should be the approach to tackle that. I am not sure what should be the approach on a collective basis, but individually we can do much. Instead of taking this as down turn, we can see this as opportunity . Like to gather more knowledge if we were not able to do that due to lack of time. May be add skills which we always wanted to do and move to entirely new area taking this as a challenge.
Since we don’t have much control on the external factors which results in recession, its better to see within and take this opportunity as a time for new learning .
