My daughter is found of sweets and cakes . We try not to overfeed her and put all our efforts in managing this .
But when you see her gazing at sweets the way she is doing , there is no way you can say NO .

Helplessness

There is a time in the whole day when I am in this state.....
You were travelling in a boat alone in the sea . things looked bright and clear and you were bound to reach your destination . Suddenly you notice that the boat has a big hole and the water has started flushing in . You try all means but there is nothing which can save you now . Life comes to an end .

This is the same feeling which you travel through when you lose your parent . When I lost my monther , I was breathlessly looking for help , but no help came . Its a state of shere helplessness .

What you need at that time is someone who can assure you that your loved one will come back .

Ancient Script

Can you identify the picture and script . This is not an out come of ancient excavation .
This is the script in which my 2 year old daughter writes her mummy papa name . When asked few days back , her answer was ...i am writing mummy papa .
I was exciting and so allowed her to write on all the walls . Finally yesterday she came to me with a twist in the tale . Her new version was ... papa ..मम्मी पापा हट गया ,... अब Baru है .
Ha Ha Ha ..nice twist ...loved it .
I think she has read the quote .." The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt"

Carrom board

We bought carrom at our home when I was in class 8th . We all were so excited . Since we are  4 siblings , there was no scope for any one in the game .
Every evening the game started at 6 PM and got closed only when papa used to come shouting in the night to close due to disturbance we made .
Wonderful time and memories . Relived the same moment few days back when we all were in Kolkata . I was surprised to see that I could still play and play well . My youngest sister was pathetic and above that , she was a cheater and I am happy to see that she is still the same . 

The best in family was papa . He could still play so well and won all the matches .
