Pt Bhimsen Joshi

24th Jan , the day when the great legendry Bharat Ratna Pt Bhimsen Joshi passed away. It has been great loss to the nation and too all the music lovers around the world. It came from my father , the love for classical music. I feel blessed to have been in the era of Pt Bhimsen Joshi . His powerful voice and clarity always excited me . Even his Bhajan recitals have been out of this world with a soulful approach .
May his soul rest in peace. The only thing left for us now is his memories and his divine voice .

The END !!

It has again came back ...the day when I lost my mother...2nd Feb 2008 , 10:00 pm
It’s really difficult to understand and digest till it doesn’t happen to oneself. I never thought that this can ever happen to me ...losing my mother so early ...although I knew that this is the ultimate truth ... "death"
Each moment is unique in itself and the very next moment what can happen is unpredictable .
I know this day will keep on coming every year till the time I don’t leave my body ...and will as well remind me again that I have lost my most precious thing in life .

62nd Independence Day

In my whole life , this independence day has been the most happening one surrounded with a vibrant political crisis . I can’t see a single political party which is not corrupt , self-centered and far far detached from the issues of common man. You ask a Babu and the simple answer of positivity is GDP . A society which has such a huge gap between rich and poor, how can GDP decide that the society is prospering. It works only when there is equality . The sole reason for all this is the lack of will to implement plans which can benefit the lower cadre of society. It’s shameful , but seems even out PM , who has the most distinct and longest CV in the world doesn’t understand and just want to hold an office for the sake of holding it . It’s really a disturbing trend and I really don’t know in what circumstances we would be celebrating our 63rd Independence day .

Life Beyond Life & Death

Just sit alone in a room , with a light soft music on and dim light .Close your eyes and then “what next” ……what when no one is around and you are left alone .
Horrible experience …right ?
Life is just that …you come alone and you have to go as well . What next …is life after death . Will I be able to meet my dear once whom I have lost ??
Don’t know , but its strange to understand that someone next to you may be not there the very next moment .
May be that’s the reason Krishna mentioned “Attachment “ in Gita . A doctor is not able to perform operation on her daughter , although he may never have failed , only because he knows his hands would shake ….and this is because of attachment .
Attachment to any form …living or non living is a pain …and anyone who has lost someone special can understand.
I am also confused …what next ??????????

Society led by Corruption

I feel myself picked by the divine, with the life I am leading . At least it’s not daily work to have a bit of bread.
But there are thousands of people who live life at the edge, i.e. if they don’t earn on the day , they have to go to sleep without food.
The pity about the whole system now is that, the policy makers specially the politicians have become shameless and common human values are missing.
The root to all is corruption. How can we make the society a better place to live if corruption is at this level?
People responsible for this don’t understand that because of their shameless act, thousands of people suffer. But who cares in this selfish world.
No one has to ever go to bed, as there is no scarcity of resources, the only thing responsible is “A bad plan and policy “.
But this is difficult for the policy makers to understand since they have never experienced the same.
Its not a crime to be spared, but the maximum capital punishment would be endeavored to the person because of who someone goes to bet empty stomach.
Corruption has to be hold by the bulls horn, may be whatever it takes to do so.

Finally .... Bihar WON

My fear of Nitish losing the election ( even by mistake ) got over today morning with the news coming in that Nitish would be forming the new government , and that too with huge margin .
Even more happy news had been that Lalu’s era has finally come to an END . With mere 17-20 seats , which some time back we can’t even imagine, has come true .
So people of Bihar have voted for development , roads, education and peace of mind . Great show my people and I really feel out of this world today . This has been my dream for a long time that Bihar comes back on the development path .
All points goes to Nitish and the team for stealing the show for all good reasons . Keeping so low profile and so humble , I have a lot of repsetc for Nitish Kumar , who has actually showed how an ideal Neta should be . I also feel good the way media faverod the great Nitish , which helped in spreading his popularity . We have finally started behaving sensibly towards the need and demand of the mass which actually doesn’t know what is good for him.
Just pray that Bihar prosper more and more and we feel proud of being a “BIHARI”

Emotional for Bihar

Its election time again for Bihar and even not a part of Bihar now after formation of Jharkhand, I feel satisfied with the way Nitish government has performed in the last 5 years .
My only pray is that Lalu should not come back again even by mistake.
There are people who don’t even know what’s good for them which ultimately helps people like Lalu to come to power . We have to vote sensibly and help Nitish continue with the quality work he has been doing right now . Its exciting to see the changes he has done in the past 5 years which were not done in 15 years time .
Even though he might not be good in all the areas Nitish has worked on, but even a score of 10 on a scale of 100 is more than 0 which Lalu did in the last 15 years .
Hope to have a clear mandate for Nitish and party and may the good work continue
