15th July : Happy Birthday Maa

Its  7 years since Maa left me . 15th July was her birthday .

I was just looking at some pictures today early morning and came across few old pictures .

Didn’t found a single picture where Maa is tense or down . By nature she was bright and happy .

I was then stuck on one picture . We celebrated 25th Marriage anniversary of their marriage .

She was so happy and excited . I was able to feel the love and affection she had for papa . Her life was all about papa .

15th July has passed and one more year too .

Sweet Story :

I had a great feeling of relief when I began to understand that a youngster needs more than just subject matter. I know mathematics well, and I teach it well. I used to think that was all I needed to do. Now I teach children, not math. I accept the fact that I can only succeed partially with some of them. When I don't have to know all the answers, I seem to have more answers than when I tried to be the expert. The youngster who really made me understand this was Eddie. I asked him one day why he thought he was doing so much better than last year. He gave meaning to my whole new orientation. "It's because I like myself now when I'm with you," he said.

CellPhone

We are hardwired to connect with one another, and we connect through our emotions. Our brains, bodies, and minds are inseparable from the emotions that animate them.

Cellphone is one such tool. It’s so powerful   and I have seen it being used as the most important medium now . Few years back , cellphone was mere a device for communication for me . But the usability has increased tremendous.

Papa too is on phone for most of the time . Since he is alone most of the time , the only way to do a dialogue is through phone .

I have seen papa using it extensively and he is so emotional about this tool . Emotions can become powerful catalysts for the transformations that are at the heart of the healing process, and I have seen this  for papa .
