I have learned the power and necessity after the birth of my daughter . She is 4 now and I just love hugging her .
I am talking about the most normal and natural how of love ,that generates nothing but warmth, affection and a feeling of acceptance.
Hugging is almost my daily ritual. In fact, there are times in a day when I think , have I hug my child today .
Hugging can do wonders for a relationship. Everybody loves a hug and my daughter too . I feel , the best way to show once extreme emotion and affection is in the form of hug .
